I am the one that took this photo. An There was not an open door at the end of the corridor, just a big wide doorway. An it looks like the big guy is peering around the corner. In fact this was the third floor nurses station area. The TV show Ghost Adventures has investigated this place as well. If you go on youtube and watch the ghost adventures clip of Hill View manor, they are on the Third floor nurses station. And one them states this is where the owner saw a figure of a very large man!..Well I think this might be him.
